Bounty's Primary Location

 

There are no tables to help GMs 'design' a location for a scenario. GMs may use whatever resources they have and are only limited by their imaginations. Traditionally, RPGs have made use of maps and miniatures. If a GM running this game wants to continue in this tradition they may do so. But it is not necessary.

The overall story arc throughout this game concerns the spread of the Phaegus Virus and zombies. During your game sessions the GM will throw any number of Phaegus Zombies at you. Alternatively, the GM may have you roll on the Random Monster table below and see how you manage with a little variety.  Single Zombie Injury: 1 CP: 5 EP: 20 Special Phaegus Infection: At the end of each battle with any number of Phaegus Zombies you must roll under your Physicality. Random Location

  Anytime you travel you're going to come upon a location of interest. Roll on the Random Locations Table to see where your players end up. Again, be advised this can have a side quest effect, but the purpose of these random encounters is to populate the world with interesting distractions for your players. If they want that bounty they're going to have to work for it and kill that monster. If they can.  Farm: There is a strange inscription above the door. NPCs: Kathryn Bowes, a baker and Rose Dresdden, an egg farmer. Gatehouse: A few guards stand outside playing cards. NPCs: Bob Windrunner and Gowen Spall.
